MobiSIM takes a SIM from stock to active subscriber to paid invoice without leaving one system. Provisioning, plans, usage and billing sit in a single web console, and a field app for iOS and Android keeps working when the signal doesn't — it syncs the moment the connection returns. We designed it, we built it, and we run it.
What it does
Register, activate, suspend and swap SIMs from one place, with every change recorded against the subscriber it touched.
Define a plan once and see each subscriber's usage against it as it happens, instead of reconciling exports at month end.
Usage and plan fees become invoices in the same system that holds the subscriber, so what you bill matches what was used.
Agents sign subscribers up and manage SIMs with no signal at all. Their work queues on the device and syncs when the connection comes back.
Field agents, managers and finance each see and do only what their role allows, with a trail of who changed what.
How it works
An agent in the field captures the subscriber and assigns a SIM — on a phone, with or without a connection.
The subscriber is put on a plan and the SIM is activated from the console or the app. The change is on the record.
Usage builds up against the plan, visible to the people who need it and hidden from the people who don't.
Invoices come out of the same data, so finance reconciles against usage instead of rebuilding it.
